Yes - all bookings are to be made online. This way you can select an exact date/time you want us to visit and see our availabilities!

If it is raining, we will not be able to attend - in this case we will contact you to let you know that we can't make it due to weather and will attend as soon as the weather clears. Should the rain be continuous for multiple days, we will attend every booking on a "first in, first served" basis - in either event we will be in touch!

You sure can! When you make a booking you can sign up to our website, once signed up you can then login to your account and make changes or cancel your booking. Alternatively you can always email us and we can action any changes for you. Cancelling a booking requires at least 24 hours notice.

The subscriptions are designed to spread the cost of the mow into smaller weekly payments. Once your yard size is determined and you know what plan you want, the cost of a single visit is spread out making it easier to budget. When on a subscription, we will attend once every three weeks (at the day/time of your choosing) to maintain your yard. This can be cancelled anytime with three weeks notice. We can also change the day we visit if you ever need it amended. Subscriptions will be available mid-2026.
